The philosophy of this activity is: “you are what you eat” therefore eating responsibly and healthily provides better mental and physical health This class screens the dishes meticulously to respond to this criteria
-Low Carbon Food Print or in other words, all ingredients are grown as much as possible in Costa Rica
-Most of the fruits and vegetables are organically grown
-They avoid using processed ingredients and thus have a better insight in the healthy ingredients of each dish.
